The Yarza Species: Bio of Ania

Bio of Ania

History: Ania has been a yarza that was moreso considered rumor than being real. This is because Ania only walks the land while under the spiritual combination of Ion and Anj, gaining a mentality based upon their minds, then executing their thoughts as a whole for his own mind. Sheer, almost unimaginable power courses through him, using a sacred energy solely called the ania energy. Because of this, he is only called upon when a situation can not be resolved by Ion and Anj, risking a lot to summon him with their bodies.

Some would question why Ion and Anj don't just simply keep the spirit of Ania around with their bodies since their combat abilities are amplified greatly by him. The reason is due to the ania energy consuming so much to control, decomposing faster than it can be created. This leaves Ania on a timer, needing to succeed in his task quickly, or else Ion and Anj fall at risk of death from energy exhaustion. His presence is rarely seen due to these circumstances, but woe always betide those that oppose him, for he will decimate anyone and anything in his way.

Appearance: Ania is not really one for appealing looks due to his lack of existence outside of being a hidden soul. He is a taller, more muscular, darker gray yarza with vicious red eyes that glare fear into his enemies. He possesses large leathery wings with spikes at the edges. The long, bony base of the wing is serrated, allowing him to slice at enemies by merely flying into them at high speeds. His claws are also of some length, allowing him to perform devastating slashes while in close range, or even use his thick, heavy tail to potentially break the bones of his assailants. An occasional white glowing spot will randomly appear on him, probably from the vast amount of power within him.

Personality: Ania's own mentality has only one focus; eliminate those that Ion and Anj could not. Thus, he is not one of humor or joy. While he can be civil, there's rarely ever such a time that it is expressed. For his time span in reality, he's ruthless and violent, but he still holds the souls of Ion and Anj within him, and they can occasionally overtake his mentality for brief moments.

Affiliation: Solely on whatever Ion and Anj are fighting for, Ania follows their bidding. Luckily, such a powerful force is fighting for balance in the world as opposed to dark intentions.

Energy: As expected, Ania uses the power of ania energy, a devastatingly powerful force that not only drastically increases the physical abilities of the body via strength, speed, and vitality, but when composed in beams, it can be very explosive or corroding, depending on what it makes contact with (though it usually results in powerful explosions.)

Such a powerful energy would surely have some drawback; while the energy itself can bolster the vitality of the body and its muscles, the energy itself decomposes very fast to offer such power, faster than it can be generated. Decomposed ania energy is a very deadly toxin, easily capable of killing that which controls it unless it is used sparingly and responsibly, and even then, it still slowly decays over time. Its construction is very complex and using components that are not easily found or created, making the cloning of the energy rather impossible without a lot of technological help. These are the reasons that keep it unique to Ania.
